The senior signal-caller rushed for a season-high 156 yards and two touchdowns, while also hitting 13-of-16 passes for 123 yards. Murray ran hard and did everything he could to try and lead Defiance to the win. Great effort Sean.

Elida quarterback Reggie McAdams was outstanding on Friday night in leading his team to a 28-21 victory over Defiance. McAdams was 9-of-17 passing for 199 yards and 3 TDs, while also rushing for 63 yards and another score. McAdams, just a sophomore who is also a standout in basketball, was cool under pressure in the final 1:22 of the game, leading his team to the victory. Austin Etzler was also outstanding, diving for the ball and coming up with the game-winning TD on a deflected pass.
